A momentary tightening of his grip, a momentary digging of his fingers into her skin, and a hardening of his gaze were the only signs to betray that her words, her insistence on continuing to defy him, irritated Loki. He had never hurt her, of course...or perhaps it was more accurate to say that he'd never caused her damage. He still had an extensive understanding of just how to apply pain to a human body without breaking it.

His tone, however, didn't waver, and Loki moved closer even as she pulled away. "Keeping you at all is a taboo, is it not? Why should I concern myself with such things now?" At least she hadn't mentioned those idiot stories. And since she'd done him the favor of stating his intentions outright, Loki showed no more hesitations in moving his hand the rest of the way down to press brazenly between her legs. His other hand looped an index finger through her collar and gave a deliberate tug back towards him.

"Unless I've been mistaken, Claudia? Unless you would rather I...leave you alone once more, instead?"

His tone of voice made it clear - as far as Loki was concerned, it wasn't a choice between whether or not he would fuck her. It was a choice between whether or not he would fuck her now.
